We had a surprising call today at our office about a goose loose at Shoe Zone on the High Street in Newport!
This poor bird had hit the buildings and caring staff had looked after the goose in the shop until we arrived.
Even though we took a net we didn’t need to use it as we easily picked the goose up and put in our large carrier.
Big thank you to the two lovely ladies inside Shoe Zone who were very helpful and caring.
The goose who has damaged his/her beak is now in the wonderful care of who else than Florence NightinGULL formally known as Claire from the extremely busy Skippers Sanctuary.
