13-year old Marley came to us in quite a state—everyone thought his fur was black, but it turned out he was just incredibly dirty! After a much-needed grooming session, he went to stay with his foster family, a loving mother-and-son duo who quickly realized he was finally home.
Marley is a sweetheart who adores nothing more than burying himself in a huge pile of toys, and he loves to nap in his bed right where the sunlight hits. He’s a gentle, affectionate boy with a big heart—and he never turns down a good game of tug-of-war. 💛🐾
Marley is a long term foster – his monthly medications and his advanced age mean that he can’t be adopted; we proudly pay for his ongoing vet’s bills while his foster home gives him all of the love and warmth he needs in his old age.
